Biography

Enjoying nearly three decades in the health and fitness industry (as an educator, presenter, fitness instructor and health & wellness coach), has helped me develop and refine the relevant skills and techniques, to effectively assist my clients in identifying and achieving their unique health goals.

My approach is holistic, incorporating Life Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques, as well as physical and nutritional assessments, particularly metabolic typing. By using these methods, supported by appropriate therapies, I am able to provide highly personalised solutions for my clients. These powerful tools not only inspire and educate, but also empower individuals to take ownership and control of their mental and physical well-being; ultimately achieving a happy, healthy, and balanced life.

My health and fitness journey began in the mid-1990s. After several years of training and obtaining qualifications, I found myself managing a health club, conducting workshops, and teaching numerous fitness and personal training sessions each week. Many people, myself included, would assume that I was incredibly fit and healthy. However, I was unaware of the toll this lifestyle was taking on my immune system. Eventually, I had to take a break, focus on healing and reflect on how I ended up at this unexpected place in my life.

This experience, however, inspired me to delve deep into the emotional, physical and nutritional aspects of health and well-being; exploring and seeking to understand the root cause of chronic conditions and diseases, discovering solutions to restore the body to optimal health and wellness, as nature intended.
